Is there a long-term lease?
No, the rental agreement is month-to-month.
Move Out Notice?
Only 14 days notice is required, so please email and/or call us, this will enable us time to prepare for the next person on our waiting list, thank you.
When is my rental fee due?

Your rent is due on your anniversary date, the day you moved in. Example: If you move in on the 10th of the month your rent is due on the 10th of the following month.

If payment is not received by the end of the day, on the 6th day after your rental date, a late fee of $30 is assessed, and your unit / locker will be over locked until your account is brought back to pay up status.

Will I receive a monthly “bill”?
It is your own responsibility to remember that rent is due each month on the day of your move in anniversary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MC, debit cards and cheques; we are a “Non Cash” establishment.
What may I store?

Household items, furniture, bed frames, mattress, tables, lamps, small items are best-stored and preserved in boxes or plastic totes.

Note: Occupying the unit as living quarters is prohibited by law and is cause for immediate eviction. Storage of live animals is not allowed.

What can I not store?
You cannot store: Perishables goods, anything flammable, explosive, or illicit materials of any kind.
How tall / wide are your doors?

Lower and Upper Level Door Sizes are:   (width x height) = 41’’ x 78”.
All doors are roll-up doors and are easy to operate.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

If you wish to use your own lock you may;we have a “great deal” on padlocks which come with three (3) keys, call us!

Note: Only one lock is allowed per door latch, and you must keep your unit locked at all times. We inspect locks daily.
Important: When you move out you must remove your lock.

Does the facility assume any liability for the goods I store?
No, we recommend contacting your insurance agency.
Are surveillance cameras monitored?
Yes, we have 16 cameras that are recording video 24 hours a day, and are constantly monitored, and recorded.
May I allow friends or relatives to access my unit?
Yes you may allow people of your choice to have access by accompanying them on the premises, and by noting their name on your rental agreement. We request you let us know in advance, who will be accessing your locker for security reasons.
Can I share access to the space with my family and co-workers?
Yes, you decide who may have access to your storage unit. The facility manager should be aware of anyone who has access to your unit, and have their information on file.
What if I or one of my guests damages my unit or another building or fixture on the property?
The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the unit or any building, fixture, or other structure on the premises caused by tenant or His agents or guests. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Management harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of Tenants use of the premises or any part thereof.
Can I get a refund?
Currently it is a policy that our self-storage facility does not prorate rental payments for any partial months.
What are the office hours?

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sundays: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Your Access Hours: The same as the office hours.

What happens if I lose the key to my storage unit?

You are responsible and hold the only key (s) to your storage unit.
However, if you should misplace it, we can cut your lock off for a fee of $25.00
If the cutting requires a grinder, then the fee is $35.00
In addition, we have locks for sale so you can replace the lock and have a new set of keys.
